3CX Bridge

To combine several independent 3CX PBX, consider the 3CX Bridge functionality. 3CX Bridge provides the following functionality

  • Communication between PBX both via SIP protocol and using 3CX Tunnel (port 5090)
  • Dialing prefix between PBX
  • Publishing the status of selected employees (ready, talking, lunch)
  • Speed dial from a 3CX notebook

The numbered plan of the PBX can be either disjoint or intersecting. In the latter case, it is necessary to carefully register additional prefixes in the rules of the outgoing set. The screenshot shows the scheme of combining 3 3CX PBX (each with each). Each PBX has a 4-digit number plan (numbers can be repeated). Inside the office, employees call by "short" codes. To dial to other offices, you need to enter the full number (office number + employee number). All employees see each other's statuses and have the ability to speed dial from the 3CX phonebook
